PROGRAMMES ON OFFER
We provide a variety of different programmes which follows children’s natural learning abilities at different stages of development. Each programme is subtly different to reflect this difference in thinking and approach of the child at different ages. All our programmes follow Montessori philosophy and the importance of the child’s own learning experiences.
Our experienced members of staff use the Montessori Method to offer both childcare and education of a very high standard for your child. In both our toddler community and children’s house full day care is available from 8:00am till 2pm while our crèche offers full day care from 7:00am till 7:00pm.
INFANT CLASS/ CRECHE: (AGE 3 MONTHS – 18MONTHS)
Infant class/ creche: (Age 3 months – 18months)
This infant class caters for maximum no of 10 children per session. Each child is allocated a bed and bed linen for his or her sole use, which is washed regularly. Sleep times and durations are discussed with parents and recorded on your child’s daily record; as well as diaper changes as necessary. You are asked to provide diapers, wipes/cream etc for your own child as well as a few changes of clothing.
TODDLER’S CLASS : ( AGE 18 MONTHS – 3YEARS)
Activities in the Toddler class are displayed on low, toddler height shelves. The majority of the activities are ‘practical life’. These are purposeful activities that help your child to develop and refine skills needed for life. The activities help your child develop order, co-ordination, concentration, independence and self-confidence. Matching objects or shapes to outlines can be seen as sensorial or a pre-language skill. Painting may be seen as sensorial ,pre-language or creativity development. Building with bricks develops practical skills, sensorial discrimination, maths concepts or imagination depending on how they are being used. Sorting and posting activities, setting of table, squeezing, wet and dry pouring, daily songs, rhymes and name games are few of the activities your child will participate in daily.
We engage our children thoroughly in practical life exercises for these activities provide the foundation for later learning.

Our classroom is characterised by hands-on active learning, along with unlimited opportunities to develop deep knowledge and understanding of each activity. The fantastic environment allows children to choose purposeful activities and to work at their own pace.
